Australian New Zealand Gothic Industrial Cinema/Movies/Films!
A list of over 200 Australian and/or New Zealand related productions...
that are of potential interest for fans of industrial, gothic, cyber, punk, new wave & similar music genres. The scope of cinema listed below includes: science fiction, suspense, thriller, horror, action, surreal, (post-)industrial, apocalyptic, war, tragic romance, drama and dark comedy... that I consider to have 'dark/noir/glamorous' (ie. 'goth') tones and themes. These include movies that:
- are 'distinctly Australian/NZ' ie. they are made in Australia or New Zealand and feature clearly Australian/NZ stories, themes, actors and accents;
- are Hollywood productions directed and/or produced by Australians/New Zealanders either in Australia/NZ or overseas.
The movies are categorised below according to director and listed in no particular order.
Firstly here is a youtube playlist of trailers, scenes & full films of these movies that could fall under the banner phrase of
Australian New Zealand Gothic
