Formed 2008 in Sydney Australia, Shiv-R is a contemporary heavy-electro-cyber-industrial-ebm music project. The two studio members come from prior darkwave-electronic-industrial music projects: the Crystalline Effect and Stark. As Shiv-R they have released several albums and EPs via renowned electro-industrial-labels in Europe and the USA. They have toured extensively with acts such as Combichrist, Grendel, Nachtmahr, God Module, Genitorturers and Aesthetic Perfection. They've also done many remixes and appeared at some of the world's most esteemed dark-music festivals including: Wave Gotik Treffen (Germany), Infest UK, Summer Darkness Netherlands, NCN Festival Germany and Kinetik Canada.
