Formed in Melbourne 2004, Midnight Juggernauts are an eclectic and unique electro-synth-punk-psychedelic-industrial-house-rock style group. They've toured Australia many times as well as Europe and North America to great acclaim with groups like Justice. As of mid-2012 they've released 2 albums and 6 EPs with a broad and unique style of music that includes influences like electro-punk, industrial, EBM, electronic-based-rock, new-wave-new-romantic, french-house plus psychedelic-prog-rock and disco all on a heavy stomping beat. With a nod to their clear industrial-ebm influences they played their first concerts wearing uniforms of military dictators. They soon discarded the costumes opting for plain clothes; being a smart move to appeal to a wider audience. They play to and are accepted by large mainstream audiences. In particular, check out their early EPs and the album Dystopia.
